This is to inform to you that I EHSANO ZAMA and father name KAMRU ZAMA. I am employee of vision control products pvt ltd as a Sr. site supervisor. I had worked with this company since 8 month. they have never issued me the salary slip in their company no PF, SL, CL, PL and health insurance is provided to the employees which is the right of the employee. they force me to work on Sunday also and no over time given for that. They always give the salary very late and some times half only.
My last posting was in chamba (Himachal pardesh) HPPTCL site. There I did the project work successfully. There only my examination date has came I came back for my examinations on 5th July 2013. At the time of joining only it was declared to hrMR SUJEET KUMAR that i am pursuing mechanical engineering so whenever my exam will come i need leave he was agreed that time, but when i came to Delhi for appearing my exam they suddenly asked me for resignation. i asked them why? then my hr replied that MR MANOJ PAL (09899076648) OWNER of the company has told that there is no work it seems.
Hence I asked them to clear all my expenses and my may. June and four days of July salary and return back my original certificates which they have kept intentionally to their custody then he told that first you resign then i will give you your certificates.
Later when i have resigned and went to the office they have neither given my certificates nor my previous salary and asked me to work for two more months then only they will give me my certificates and balance salary.
I am only earning hand of my family and from my joining to till date they never clear my expense on time nor they given salary on time. I am not denying to serve my notice period but it should be fare and my previous balance should be clear which is approx Rs.43000/-.
Sir I am in huge financial crisis and I want justice from you. please help me out. I have registered a case against the company in the labor court Pushp Bhawan, Pushp Vihar, i have submitted the application on dated 22/7/2013 in the room no 118. They have given me receipt but not happning till date sir plz suggest me sir what i do
